Yes, for shared web hosting services we offer a full refund within 30 calendar days. Domain name registrations are non-refundable, as fees are committed irreversibly to official registries (NIC.MD/ICANN). Please verify your chosen domain name carefully before placing an order.

For .MD domains (at nic.md):

Primary NS Hostname: ns1.lxhost.net

Primary NS Netaddress: 127.0.0.1

Secondary NS Hostname: ns2.lxhost.net

Secondary NS Netaddress: 127.0.0.1

For other international TLDs (.com, .net, etc.):

Name Server 1: ns1.lxhost.net

Name Server 2: ns2.lxhost.net

You only need to update the Name Servers (NS) at your current domain registrar with our addresses:

  • ns1.lxhost.net
  • ns2.lxhost.net
