We collect strictly the data necessary for the provision of contracted services:

• Identification and billing data: First and last name, company name, IDNP/IDNO (state identification number), telephone number, email address — used for order confirmation, issuing tax invoices, activating web hosting services, and registering domain names in compliance with national (NIC.MD) and international (ICANN) registrar regulations.
• Technical and log data: IP address, timestamps (date/time), browser type, and accessed pages — collected automatically for technical maintenance, fraud prevention, and ensuring server infrastructure security.

The provided data is strictly confidential, processed exclusively for the stated purposes, and is not transferred, sold, or disclosed to unauthorized third parties.

3. Security of Financial Transactions and Online Payments

Online payments made on lxhost.com are processed under maximum security conditions in partnership with B.C. "Victoriabank" S.A.:

• MIA Instant Payments: Transactions initiated via the national MIA system (Payee-Presented Dynamic QR or Deep Link) are settled directly and instantly between bank accounts through the secure infrastructure of the National Bank of Moldova and Victoriabank. lxhost.com does not receive or store any sensitive banking authentication credentials of the payer.
• Bank Cards (Visa / Mastercard): Card data processing is performed exclusively on the secure servers of the partner bank via an encrypted TLS/SSL protocol. Transactions are secured by international 3D-Secure (Verified by Visa / Mastercard Identity Check) standards. The lxhost.com website does not request, view, or store any details related to the card number, expiration date, or CVV/CVC code.

4. Confidentiality of Hosted Services

Confidentiality fully extends to files, databases, email accounts, or any information uploaded or created by the client on Media Web S.R.L. servers. System administrators do not access the private content of clients except upon the express request for technical assistance from the account holder or pursuant to a legal request from competent public authorities.

5. Your Rights

Pursuant to Law No. 133/2011, you have the right to request the rectification, update, blocking, or erasure of your personal data from our systems by submitting a written request to the email address office@lxhost.com.
